Exemestane (trade name Aromasin, Taiwan translation name Norman carcinogen) is an anti-estrogen drug for the treatment of breast cancer, which belongs to the aromatase inhibitor. Why week 2 and not right off the bat?

That's because when you start the cycle and pinning, the drugs will just enter the bloodstream and start binding to androgen receptors. The aromatization is not yet occurring.
