●Obesity Protocol (Reference): Zepbound® starts at 2.5mg/week for 4 weeks, then titrates up monthly (5mg, 7.5mg, 10mg, 12.5mg, 15mg) based on efficacy and tolerability. Maintenance doses are typically 5mg, 10mg, or 15mg weekly. 10mg and 15mg showed the greatest weight loss.
●Bodybuilding Anecdotal Range: Users often start lower (1.25mg - 2.5mg/week) to assess tolerance. Effective doses for significant appetite suppression/fat loss frequently fall between 5mg and 10mg per week. Some push to 12.5mg or 15mg, but side effects become much more pronounced. "More is not always better" – find the lowest effective dose that controls appetite adequately.
