MK-2866
The MK-2866 is one of the most popular SARMs in the fitness industry today. Its purpose is to prevent muscle wasting and osteoporosis. Ostarin is popular because it is extremely gentle on the body and does not suppress natural testosterone levels.
In a 12-week, double-blind study, participants gained an average of 3 pounds of muscle and lost 1 pound of fat. Remember, this is without changing diet or physical activity. Basically, those who took ostalin and nothing else, their physique improved a lot. This is incredible when you consider that the participants had no apparent side effects.
Side Effects of MK-2866
As I said before, Ostarin is very mild and doesn't have any meaningful side effects. Nonetheless, there have been reports of slight suppression of testosterone over cycles longer than 12 weeks. In my opinion, if you keep your cycle to 8 weeks or less, you should be fine.

LGD 4033

LGD4033 has also been shown to increase libido, concentration and bone density. There have been no reported side effects such as enlarged prostate or hair loss.
To be considered, LGD4033 did not show the ability to reduce fat. So if you want to gain muscle and reduce adipose tissue, I recommend stacking with MK2866 or GW501516 base for best results.

The main side effect of LGD 4033 is suppression of natural testosterone. That being said, this only happens at high doses and is fully reversible. Most people (even those with strong cycles) fully recover within a few weeks.

You can see results with 1 mg per day. Most people like to take around 10 mg per day for 8 weeks. I've seen clients take much higher doses of this SARM, but the benefits seem to diminish after taking more than 20 mg per day.
GW501516
GW501516 is one of my favorite compounds on the market right now. It's the only one on this list that will actually improve your cardiovascular function. Literally, if you take cardamom, you will be able to run longer and harder in the gym. Cardamom also has the ability to burn a lot of fat.
The study showed that participants doubled their muscular endurance and lost an average of 6 pounds of body fat over a 12-week period. too crazy. You can't find a more effective way to lose weight.
GW501516 Side Effects - Cancer?
Shortly after GW501516 began clinical trials, it was found to be carcinogenic in mice. Having said that, you need to understand two things:
First: These mice were given an equivalent human dose of 2400mg per day (most were given 20mg of GW501516 per day)
Second: Mice were given this dose of drug continuously for 2 years (most people recommend an 8-week cycle)

I recommend exercising 20mg a day for 8 weeks. I split the dose into 10 mg in the morning and 10 mg in the evening.
MK-677
MK-677 is another exciting compound that is rapidly gaining popularity. What makes it special is that it can significantly boost your growth hormone levels. As far as I know, this is the only efficient SARM.
Bodybuilders have been using HGH to boost their growth hormone levels for decades. However, injectable growth hormone has two major drawbacks:

You have to inject HGH multiple times a day.
That's why the MK-677 is so exciting. First, you take it by mouth, so no injections are needed. Also, it has a long half-life, meaning you only need to inject it once a day.

MK677 is a flexible growth hormone because you can take this hormone at the same time and also promote deep sleep, which is essential for recovery and muscle growth.
Side Effects of MK-677
The main side effect of MK-677 is water retention. Some people say "moon face" refers to excess moisture on the face. You can counteract this by taking dandelion root supplements and lowering your sodium intake. In my opinion, getting your HGH levels high is worth the slight bloat.
MK-677 dosage regimen
Most people found that 5 mg to 20 mg was the "sweet spot" for administering MK-677. You don't need to cycle this compound, so you can run it however you want. I have a friend who has been using it for two years straight and his blood test looks great.
RAD140
The RAD140, also known as testolone, is another exciting SARM. It is reported to have an incredible 90:1 anabolic rate. The ratio of testosterone is 100:100. I recommend taking 15-30 mg of Trialon per day. Do not exceed a 12-week cycle and make sure you have enough water while taking RAD-140. This is one of my favorite SARMs and it goes well with the MK2866 and LGD4033.
YK-11: a real myostatin?
YK-11 was only recently discovered in 2011, and it quickly gained a reputation as one of the most powerful compounds ever created. To better explain this, you need to understand what YK-11 does and why it is so powerful. Basically, all humans have a hormone called myostatin that inhibits muscle growth. Few people and animals are born without this hormone, and each of them has one thing in common: they're completely crushed.
Since myostatin was discovered, scientists have tried to inhibit its effects. In theory, if you can inhibit the effects of myostatin on the body, you can create the ability to gain insane amounts of muscle beyond what can be achieved through hard work or even steroids.
YK-11 may be the world's first true myostatin inhibitor. People taking YK-11 all had the same result: massive muscle growth in a short period of time.
Side Effects of YK-11
YK-11 has been shown to slightly increase liver values, so be sure to drink plenty of water. There are many good liver supplements. You could try milk thistle, but I recommend mashed potatoes. You can get it on Amazon for 500 mg per day. Other than that, YK-11 has no other side effects.

For best results, take 5mg twice daily. Due to the short half-life of YK-11, frequent dosing is required.
S4
S4 is similar to Ostarin. It is one of the OG compounds and one of the oldest. Its effect is mild and can be operated safely for a long time. The biggest effect of Andalin is to promote weight loss. It also slightly reduces body fat.
Side Effects of S4
The biggest side effect of S4 is vision loss. Some users have reported that their vision has deteriorated after taking S4 for a long time. Note that this is reversible as long as you stop consuming S4.
Dosage of S4
Most people find that 40-50 mg per day is sufficient. I suggest you take two days off and five days off as prescribed.
SR9009
Last but not least, let's talk about shorthand. When this SARM first hit the market, research dubbed it "exercise in a pill" because of its effects on mitochondria. In a study of mice, it was found that mice given a fast solvent could run 50 percent more than mice not treated with the compound. Another finding of the study was that the mice given the instant enzyme lost 60 percent of their fat compared to mice not given the drug. Diet and exercise were not changed in this study.

SR9009 is not a hormonal SARM, which means it does not affect hormones in your body. When used correctly, stenosis should be relatively safe.
