Many sites state a generally weekly dose of 200 to 600mg; however I would not recommend anything under 400mg at minimum. I find a comfortable dose between 600 to 700mg a week but start to develop anxiety if pushed past the 800mg mark. That being said I didn't find greater affects beyond the 700mg per week mark. For women I would not recommend anything over 150mg a week but to play it safe rather look at a dose between 50/100mg per week.
Because Equipoise has a long acting ester with an active life of 14 to 16 days one needs to cycle this steroid for at least 12 weeks. A preferred cycle length would be in the region of 14 to 16 weeks to achieve maximizing benefits of this steroid. I find this drug really starts to kick in at around the 6 week mark; however reports of increased appetite anywhere as early as week 2. Seeing that Equipoise is a mild androgenic steroid, people who are very sensitive toGynecomastia find they can comfortable tolerate a dose of around 400mg a week and not experience any early signs such as itchy/sensitive and/or puffy nipples. I would still advise to keep LP Anastrozole on hand or even run a low maintenance dose of 0.2mg EOD (Every other day) and increase this if need be. If you are concerned about drug testing then this is not a drug for you as reports have said Boldenone is detectible anywhere as long as 5+ months due to production of metabolite in the urine. Another positive effect from this drug would be a very low or if any increase in blood pressure, however because this drug increases RBC (Red blood cells).
